BEYOND KNOWLEDGE is a work about reading, researching, and following trails laid by others – all of which is motivated by the hope for some higher insight reached by ourselves that can no longer be reproduced by words, an insight that becomes part of ourselves and shapes and challenges us. In the context of the place and history of the exhibition room of Ortner 2, a multiple reference system about knowledge, knowledge transfer, research, and development has emerged.
